Refund policy

If for any reason, our customer does not receive their consignment
according to their order within 30 business days of their order or
package is damaged in transit, we will ship them another package or
issue them a full refund as per their request.

If any case, our customer received a partial order, we will issue
them a full refund, and then charge their Credit Card again for the
remaining balance (so they are fully refunded, and then charged only for
the product (s) they received).

If our customer receives any notification that their package is on
hold or returned to sender, please send us a ticket (Refund Section) and
we will take care of their request promptly.

If our customer is not satisfied with the results, we will ship any alternative brand at our cost.
